Srila Prabhupada founded ISKCON in 1966 in New York City, single-handedly carrying the message of Krishna consciousness to the Western world at the age of sixty-nine.

Within a decade, he translated and commented on over 80 volumes of Vedic scripture, established over 100 temples, and initiated a global spiritual revolution that continues to change millions of lives today. His life was a testament to the power of devotion and the timeless relevance of Bhagavad-gita.
